17-inch multi-gemstone necklace with a centered turquoise heart-shaped pendant surrounded by inset white topaz and another row of large multicolored tourmaline stones Surrounding the turquoise heart.  

The multi gemstones consist of green onyx, aquamarine, paradox, amethyst, tourmaline, citrine. There are intermittent gold-filled corrugated rondelles thoughtfully placed throughout the necklace. A gold-filled large toggle clasp completes the secure closure.
